The U.S. Embassy Speakers Program is designed to explain U.S. policies and culture. Through this program, Albanian universities and high schools can request to have an American Officer visit their students and speak on a variety of subjects. Topics range from general presentations about the United States to issues such as U.S. foreign policy, history, elections, and culture.
